here is my card for the challenge.
i changed the colour of the babys outfit in serif scrapbook artist 2 from pink to blue, matted on to blue card, then matted onto white card then on to blue card again, added a frilly rlace ribbon, a bow, added die cut corners, 4 gems, a greeting printed on the white using serif then finished with peel offs.
